Accessibility Policy
We are committed to ensuring that the TEAZEN.pl online store is friendly and accessible to all users — including people with disabilities.
We make every effort to ensure that our website meets legal accessibility requirements and follows international best practices and standards.
What Digital Accessibility Means
An accessible website allows people with disabilities to use it in a way that is as close as possible to the experience of non-disabled users.
This is achieved through the use of appropriate technical, structural, and content solutions that work with assistive technologies (such as screen readers, contrast enhancement tools, or keyboard navigation).
Accessibility Features Implemented on this site
Our goal is to maintain compliance with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1) and to gradually adapt the website to new requirements introduced under the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
The Polish legislation implementing EU Directive 2019/882 (EAA) extends accessibility requirements to the private sector as of June 2025.
Although as a micro-entrepreneur we are not fully obligated to meet all EAA criteria, we believe that accessibility is an important part of responsible business and quality customer service.
As of the date of this declaration (November 1, 2025), the TEAZEN.pl website is largely compliant with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. This means that most success criteria are met, and any identified gaps are being systematically addressed.
