If you wish to submit a complaint about a product purchased in our store (e.g., due to a defect, damage, or non-compliance with the contract), you can use the complaint form below. Print it and fill it out, then include it with your return shipment or send us a scan/photo of the completed form by email.
Please note that you may submit a complaint in any form (e.g., directly in the body of an email), but the form helps ensure that you provide all the necessary information.

Instructions for the Customer

Once we receive your complaint, we will contact you promptly — no later than within 14 days — to inform you how it will be handled.


As part of the complaint procedure, we may ask you to return the product to our address. In such cases, the shipping cost is covered by the seller (we will send you a prepaid return label or refund the shipping cost).
