1. What products does TEAZEN.pl offer?

We specialize in TEAZEN Kombucha products — probiotic tea sticks designed to be dissolved in water.
We offer a variety of flavors, and each product page includes a detailed description: ingredients, preparation instructions, and information about its properties.
We plan to gradually expand our selection with additional TEAZEN products.

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, creating an account is not required.
You can check out as a Guest — simply add products to your cart, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment.
Creating an account, however, makes future shopping faster (saved details, order history) and may provide access to loyalty programs or promotions.
The choice is yours.

3. What payment methods are available?

We offer secure online payments via the FONDY system, which uses the Przelewy24 infrastructure. This gives you access to several convenient payment options.

Available methods:
• BLIK – fast payment using a code from your banking app
• Debit / credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
• Fast online transfers
– the list of supported banks appears automatically in the Przelewy24 window
• Traditional bank transfer
– after placing your order, you will receive bank details and an order number to include in the transfer title

Additional information:
• Orders are processed once the payment is received.
• FONDY + Przelewy24 ensure a high level of security (encryption, PSD2 compliance).
• Traditional bank transfers may extend processing time by 1–2 business days depending on the bank.

Currently not supported:
• Cash on delivery
• Google Pay / Apple Pay (may be added later if enabled by the operator)

After placing your order, you will be redirected to the FONDY/Przelewy24 payment gateway to choose your preferred payment method.

4. What are the delivery costs and times?

• InPost Locker (Paczkomat): 15 PLN – delivery within 1–2 business days from dispatch

Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is received.
Total delivery time is typically 2–4 business days.
Occasionally, we run promotions offering free or discounted shipping — these will appear on the homepage or in the cart.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we deliver only within Poland.
If you wish to purchase TEAZEN products outside of Poland, feel free to contact us — we will do our best to help or direct you to a local distributor.

6. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived or is damaged?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and include your order number.
We will check the shipment status and assist you in locating it.

If the package arrives damaged or tampered with, please file a damage report with the courier or through the InPost app and send us photos of the issue.
Even if you are unable to file the report — we will still help you resolve the problem.

If necessary, we will send a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

7. How can I make a complaint about a defective product?

If the product is defective (e.g., damaged packaging, mismatch with description), please submit a complaint to:

Include a description of the issue, your order number, and photos if possible.
You can also use the complaint form available on our website — it helps ensure all the necessary information is provided.

By law, you may request repair or replacement as the first step.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
The cost of returning a defective item is covered by the store — we will send you a return label or refund the postage costs.

8. Can I return a product if it doesn’t suit me?

Yes. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving a reason.

Simply send us your withdrawal statement (e.g., by email), and then return the product within the next 14 days.

Please note:
• The product must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check it.
• Food products (e.g., opened kombucha sachets) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (according to Polish Consumer Rights Act, Article 38).
• The cost of returning the item is covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds (product price + the cheapest shipping option) are issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, via the same payment method used originally.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

We usually issue refunds within 2–5 business days after receiving the returned package.
Legally, we have up to 14 days, but we aim to process refunds much faster.

Funds are returned via the same payment method:
• Card → refunded to the card
• PayU → refunded to the bank account or card used for payment

If more than 7 business days have passed since our confirmation and you still haven’t received the funds — contact us and we will check with the payment operator.

10. How can I contact you?

Our customer support operates fully online. We do not yet offer a phone hotline or physical store.

Current contact methods are listed in the Contact section of our website.
We plan to introduce additional communication channels soon (Facebook, Instagram).

11. Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We use secure HTTPS (SSL/TLS) encryption and work only with trusted partners (PayU, InPost, courier companies).
We use your data solely for order processing and communication — never for unauthorized purposes.
Full details are available in our Privacy Policy, including your rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

12. Where can I find the ingredients and usage instructions for TEAZEN Kombucha?

Each product page includes full ingredient lists, nutritional values (when applicable), and preparation instructions.
TEAZEN Kombucha is a soluble product — simply dissolve one stick in cold or room-temperature water. No brewing or fermentation required.

If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, contact us — we can confirm ingredients or send photos of the product label.

13. Does Kombucha have health benefits?

Kombucha is a tea-based beverage known for its cultures of bacteria and yeast, as well as natural antioxidants.
When consumed as part of a balanced diet, it may support digestive comfort and gut microbiome balance.
TEAZEN products retain the benefits of traditional kombucha in a modern, convenient soluble form and come in many flavors.

Please remember: this is a food product, not a medical remedy. If you have health concerns, consult your doctor.

14. Are you planning new products or flavors?

Yes! We are regularly expanding our range — including new TEAZEN Kombucha flavors and wellness products from our Own-designed brand.
We also plan to introduce gift sets, accessories (such as bottles or shakers), and other functional beverages.

15. What does “Own-designed” mean?

“Own-designed” means “created your own way.”
It reflects our philosophy — we choose and curate products that help you build your personal wellness ritual.

The brand’s founder, Patrycja Ridha Hassan, believes in conscious choices and a modern approach to daily wellbeing.
TEAZEN is the first project we proudly represent in Poland.
