Email confirmations:

  • Email confirming receipt of the Order (not a contract yet),

  • Email confirming acceptance for processing – this constitutes the conclusion of the Sales Agreement (after successful payment authorization).

Inability to fulfill: if the Order cannot be fulfilled for objective reasons (e.g. stock error), the Client will be informed within 2 business days and refunded promptly (no later than within 14 days).

may apply). If no contact or refusal – we may withdraw from the contract and refund the amount minus logistics costs.

Risk of accidental loss: for Consumers – upon delivery; for Entrepreneurs – upon handover to the carrier.

us (usually the Seller’s address). Include order details to expedite identification.

Return shipping costs: borne by the Consumer (unless otherwise agreed or not properly informed).

Refund: within 14 days of receipt of withdrawal declaration; we may withhold until we receive goods or proof of return. We refund price + cost of the cheapest offered delivery, using the same method (unless agreed otherwise), without extra fees.

Value reduction: if the item was used beyond checking its features/function, the refund may be reduced.

Entrepreneurs (professional purchase): 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

Returning goods: at our request – return at our cost (we send label) or we arrange pickup. Do not send COD.

Rights: initially you may request repair or replacement. You may request price reduction or withdrawal if: we refuse, delay, the remedy is ineffective, or obviously unfeasible. Withdrawal applies if the defect is significant.
