Returns Policy

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

 

In accordance with applicable law, Customers who are consumers (or entrepreneurs with consumer rights) have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract — without giving any reason — within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated in the order (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

 

If the order includes several products delivered separately or in parts, the 14-day period is counted from the receipt of the last item or batch.

 

2. How to Withdraw from the Contract

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision:

You may send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal (e.g., by e-mail or traditional mail).

 

You do not have to use the provided form, but you may use the template included as Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act.

 

After receiving your statement, we will confirm its receipt (e.g., by e-mail).

4. Returning the Goods

The goods must be sent back without delay, no later than 14 days from the day you submitted your withdrawal statement.

This deadline is deemed met if the parcel is sent before its expiry.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the goods to the store is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., when we cover the cost due to a promotional action or an error on the store’s side).

 

For larger items or shipments requiring special transport, we will inform you of the estimated return costs.

 

6. Condition of Returned Goods

You may safely inspect and check the product to ensure it meets your expectations — just as you would in a physical store before purchase.

However, you should not use the product in a way that would reduce its value.

 

You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

In such cases, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

 

For food products (e.g., TEAZEN kombucha sachets), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the individual packaging has been opened if the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (Art. 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act).

 

7. Refund of Payments

After receiving your withdrawal statement, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the goods to you (up to the amount of the cheapest delivery option available in our store).

 

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal statement.

 

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of their shipment — whichever comes first.

 

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you selected at checkout (e.g., Przelewy24, bank transfer), unless we expressly agree otherwise.

 

You will not incur any additional fees related to the refund.

 

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply in situations listed in Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, including when the subject of the contract is:

  • a product liable to deteriorate rapidly or with a short shelf life,

  • a product delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned once unsealed due to health or hygiene reasons,

  • an item made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,

  • services fully performed before the withdrawal deadline with the consumer’s consent,

  • newspapers and magazines (except for subscriptions).

 

9. Proof of Purchase

You may include a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation with your return — it helps us identify your shipment.

However, providing proof of purchase is not required to effectively withdraw from the contract.

 

10. Personal Data Processing

 

Personal data provided in connection with the withdrawal procedure is processed solely for handling the return, based on legal obligations arising from the Consumer Rights Act.
